Yes, a deposit is required to secure appointment (non-refundable).
You can cancel up to 6 days before the event without penalty. If you wish to cancel after the 6 day mark, you will forfeit 25% of the value of the total balance. If you cancel 4 days before the event, you forfeit 50% of the total balance. If you cancel 2 days before the event, you will forfeit 100% of the value of the total balance. Any items that have been already prepared or purchased for your event will be charged in full, regardless of the time of cancellation. Events that end earlier than initially invoiced are not eligible for a refund of unused time. If you cancel your event prior to the listed days, you can still apply the deposit to a future event as long as it falls within 6 months of the original event.
All alcohol must be provided by client including the ice and ice storage.
Yes Mix N’ Mingle Bartending does travel with a mile fee that is applied to any event where mileage exceeds 20 miles from Bakersfield, California. We may travel wherever you need us, however, for the safety of our team, overnight accommodations may be required where venue locations exceed 1.5 hour drive time and/or if an event extends past midnight with an exceeded 1.5 hour drive time.
Yes, a minimum starting from 1 to a maximum amount of 6 drinks, and 1-4 shooters per booking.
